HAWA hosts invite-only matchmaking pop-ups for Muslims looking to meet potential spouses. These are small, in-person mixers held at venues across the East Coast. You apply through our form, and if selected, we'll send you the event details (date, time, location).

Events are kept intentionally intimate with no rigid structure—we want connections to happen as organically as possible; an opportunity to meet other vetted attendees in a comfortable setting.

Single Muslims (Ages 22+) serious about finding a partner.

A small, curated group (20-30 people) in an intimate setting. You'll receive three cards with your name and contact info to give to people you're interested in. You'll also get a hint card with clues about attendees who might be great matches for you based on your application. Beyond that—just conversation, coffee, and connection.

No. There's no timer, no rotations, no forced structure. It's a social mixer where everyone knows why they're there.

Fill out our application form. We review each submission and select attendees based on compatibility, intentions, and creating a balanced group. If selected, you'll receive event details via email.

$60 per person. Payment details will be sent to accepted applicants.

We review all applications carefully and select attendees based on compatibility with other applicants for that specific event. If you weren't selected, it doesn't mean you won't be considered in the future—we keep your application on file and you'll automatically be on the waitlist for upcoming pop-ups.

That's okay! We plan to host multiple events, so if you don't find anyone at one event, you might at the next.

If you attend an event, you'll need to reapply to attend future ones. Do note, to ensure everyone gets a fair chance and keeps time spent at each event intentional, you likely won't be selected for the next few.

All attendees are vetted through our application process. We don't share your information with anyone outside of HAWA. What happens at the event stays at the event—we ask all attendees to respect each other's privacy.

We're starting on the East Coast and will announce specific locations to selected attendees only. Think cozy coffee shops and intimate venues.
